Anju is a seasoned professional with experience of training 60 thousand head count and coaching over 70 clients (Includes a few from oversees) with 450 hours of coaching. In a varied and diverse career of 16 years, she has conducted behavioral skills sessions for DGR(PBORs),SAARC civil servants, CAs, Senior CS(ICSI), Engineers, Management Faculties,Senior Managers, students across varied demography, moderated the course contents of various books in Human Resources & Organizational Behavior by Pearson Publication under MLSA project(MyLabSouthAsia).

 She has the right forward and backward linkage to interpret and analyze human behavior with her journey as a Post Graduate in HR to Grievance Executive then being an HR & OB faculty, moving to doctorate in the field of EI and then obtaining necessary augmented certifications.
