My last full time assignment was with Mars International India Pvt Ltd. the Indian unit of MARS Inc, the world 3rd Largest food company valued at 34Bn dollars. I led the HR initiative for the Marketing Operation Group of Mars India and was resposible for Talent Management, Acquisition, Engagement and Compensation. I was also the Asia Pacific Employee Engagement Champion for Mars.
Prior to Mars I worked with Arvind Ltd(Ahmedabad) as head Corporate L&D for 5 companies of the Lalbhai group. Bank of America, Ivy Comptech are other organizations where I led key L&D roles.
