Having more than four decades of experience in Air Force, Education, Public Health and ITES. Worked in cross functional areas in middle and top management positions. Has a penchant for training and development. Specialised in Grooming Young manager development, Leadership, Conflict Management and Stress management. Presently working on Happiness Curriculum for + 2 students which would ensure young engaged, productive, and contributing citizens for building an equitable, inclusive, and plural society.
Hailing from Guntur in Andhra Pradesh, completed M Sc in Physics from Andhra University. Subsequently served Indian Air for more than two and half decades as a Meteorologist and completed M Phil in Meteorology. Completed various in house courses on leadership. Management. After taking premature retirement, in 2003, worked for six as general Manger of a Educational consultancy called Visu International, which had 28 centres Pan India. There after worked in Public Health as Regional Director of Health Management research Institute,working for Rural Health in six districts of combined AP managing 110 ambulances and 1100 manpower ranging managers to Ambulance drivers. Shifted to ITES Industry in 2011, worked in states of Rajasthan. UP Bihar, Karnataka, Maharashtra and AP in Govt projects like NPR and AP. Since 2015 working as freelance trainer.
