Vikas is the founder of a mission-driven and ambitious megaproject TheRealEducation.com to evangelize Real Education of Top 10% Leaders including Corporate executives, Entrepreneurs and Self-made millionaires. Project is also nurturing high potential leaders to enhance their capabilities like top 10% leaders using Vikas Learning Model and Vikas Growth Quadrant.

Vikas got a life-changing opportunity to work with a team of genius people that gave him deeper insights about human learning potential and extraordinary growth opportunities that it could lead to. He also gathered insights during personal interactions with global leaders like Brian Tracy, Marshall Goldsmith, Alan Mamedi (founder TrueCaller), Sumar Saraf, Guy Kawasaki, Fredrik Haren, Martin Laschkolnig, and many more.

Vikas was part of the founding team which laid the foundation of PSAI. He was the conference chair of the Professional Speakers Summit 2020 annual conference of PSAI held in Delhi with 180+ participants from 15+ countries. He is also heading the Delhi NCR Chapter of PSAI.

Before starting his entrepreneurial journey, Vikas worked for more than eight years with corporate giants like IBM and McAfee and even denied the offer from Microsoft to pursue his mission by founding Adhyan World and Adhyan Foundation.

He did his Master of Computer Application (MCA) from one of India’s most premier institutions for MCA i.e. Department of Computer Science, University of Delhi. He did his Bachelors in Computer Science from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.
